Advice Surgeries

If you need any help or advice, and live in Waveney, please contact my constituency office on 01502 514913 to arrange an appointment to see me. I normally hold surgeries on Friday afternoons. I make home visits to disabled or frail people.

When you contact my office for an appointment, you will be asked for details of your problem so that any preparation that needs to be carried out can be done so prior to the meeting. Please note that my caseworker is fully trained and will help you with utmost discretion.

Appointments are available with my caseworker from Monday to Friday. As a result of working in both the Houses of Parliament and Waveney, my availability is more restricted than my caseworker. However, I always try to arrange a mutually convenient time for a meeting.

My experience has found drop-in surgeries to be unsatisfactory for both parties as people end up waiting in my office for too long. I therefore decided to run my advice surgery by using an appointments system as outlined above.
